Appointment Booking

Clients can book appointments via phone, online or in person.
A deposit may be required for certain services, particularly for new clients or large bookings.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We encourage clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive more than 15minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to adjust the services provided.

Payment

Payments are accepted via Cash, Credit/Debit card or electronic payment methods.
Payment is due at the time of service. Packages and gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.

Pricing

Prices for services are subject to change. We will notify clients of any significant price changes prior to their appointment.
If additional services are requested during the appointment, we will inform you about the additional cost before proceeding.

Client Satisfaction

Clients satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Salon Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment. Any form of harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Child Policy

For the safety and comfort of all clients , we ask that children be accompanied by an and adult and supervised at all times.

Health and Safety

We prioritise health and safety and follow all local regulations and guidelines. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect others in the salon.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy which is available on our website or upon request.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website or in-salon communications.
